We had a great stay! Just close by to ARL made our stay even more convenient, Ticha and AiNam were great staff members, they helped out in changing rooms during my second stay when I got issues with the A/C. The staff in general were really sweet, we loved it here :)

The location is great, near Chinatown, a temple, the train, and several 711s. The staff was nice. The breakfast was very good and varied. I did not try the pool or gym, but they seemed decent. Quality of service at the spa is inconsistent. Cannot recommend the room service - I ordered green curry. It was just chicken that had been dipped in curry, while good - no rice or sauce. Very little by way of toiletries. The trips offered at concierge or not necessarily a better deal than those you’d find online. We couldn’t control the AC, other than to turn it on and off.

The room is spacious, clean with two ACs. The shower works fantastically. The staff is very helpful for my stay.

Everything was great. Each staff member we encountered were amazing. The room was modern and spotless. Airport shuttle was a great amenity. We have already booked another stay for when we fly back through Bangkok.
