Slow lifts and very few pool chairs & umbrellas are the big disappointments with this hotel. Otherwise it’s lovely.

Great overall service, the workers are always willing to help. The room was spacious and always maintained clean. They offer tour guides at the front desk area, they are willing to hold you luggage and let you use the pool meanwhile you wait to exit for your flight after checking out at noon. The only issues is the place is a little outdated and needs better maintenance.

Large rooms living area plus bedroom was nice and breakfast very good. Fitness room was large and well equipped. Bit dated building but good value for sure.

The hotel is very close to MRT Hua Lamphong. It's clean though not spotless. There are no windows. The toilet floor tiles can be slippery when wet. I slid twice and luckily didn't get hurt. The breakfast buffet is worth it for 250 THB, you'll be so full that you can skip lunch or dinner. The elevator could be confusing at first but then you'll get the hang of it after a while.

Rooms where big, bed was comfortable. Breakfast wasn't the greatest. It catered to more Muslim or ethnic Indian peoples taistes which was a bit disappointing.

It was a very reasonably priced hotel. Great location. Staff at the front desk were a bit discriminative. Cleaning staff were very nice. There was a horrible smell that come out of the shower and toilet at night that was nauseating.
