At best the hotel is probably a 3\* facility. The downside was The Spa, most facilities were out of order. We booked a joint massage for €45 euros each with another €10 euros to access The Spa.I have to say that every therapy room was covered in horrendous black mild which covered most of the ceilings.It was downright dangerous & would have been shut down if reported in the U.K. The hotel was informed but the Spa remains opened. We took photos of the massage rooms but the fact is, if we post them the Spa will not be used until a deep clean & treatment of black mild is carried out.

We upgraded our stay, but it some of the upgrade figures never materialised, even after highlighting this to reception staff, which were rather ignorant. Housekeeping staff were very nice and friendly, big thank you to them. Bar and restaurant staff were hit and miss, some of them were very good, others were not really interested in their job. Overall we had a good time and considering to return.

Apartment complex was lovely, basic, needs a little TLC in some areas but this did not ruin our stay. Cleaners and workers always on the go, busy and very polite. Cafe/Bar next to the pool was ideal and good value for money.
