Beautiful property and well maintained. It is much quieter and less busy than some of the surrounding resorts. Perfect place for a less busy getaway.

The property is small, well-maintained, and exceptionally clean. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The only downside was the limited dining options, and while the food was decent, it wasn’t particularly memorable.

If not the beautiful and clean sea, white sand and warm weather, I would definitely say that this trip was not worth it at all. We stayed at Cove and that is the newest tower in Atlantis and it’s already very far of being new. Check in time at 4 is too late, you basically pay for that day but until you get to your room, your day is over. And we haven’t been checked in by 4pm, I got a message that room is ready at 5:06pm. The room is old, needs renovation. But the worst thing was the service. Food in most places is horrible, after every meal my stomach was burning, twice we went to get towels by the pool, but there were none available. A staff member sent us to another location to check if they had any towels there, so we had to walk under the scorching sun, not knowing how long it would take, just to find some towels. And the most frustrating part is the price. Food is extremely expensive, a dinner in restaurant costs around $250 for 2 person, ice cream is $15 per person, they don’t give you at least a bottle of water per person, which is must have in all other hotels, especially 5 stars and you know why? Because they want you to go to their stores and buy it from there and by the way 1 bottle of water there costs $10.
