When we arrived, we were assigned a room (504) which was not a business double room as reserved. We discovered the the room air conditioner was not working, giving an error code of "E3". The room would reach 85 degrees + even with opening a window. After complaining for 3 days and no other rooms offered we left
Talked with the front desk multiple times daily Asked for the manager but they would not allow me to talk with them. Had no choice but to leave and request a refund which they would not They told me to get a hold of Expedia which does not do refunds
I also discovered that I was not given a Business double room as booked.
I am in the process of seeking a refund via my credit card. Overall, they could not care less about you as a customer and I would never book there again.

"I had a very pleasant time a this place. The accomodations are a bit stuffed but that's not an issue considering this is a hostel and the price for a night. The administration is very friendly and helpful."
