Badija Island Beach Vacations

Mou Apartments is a very good, spacious and comfortable place to stay, especially for a shorter visit to Kotor. We enjoyed having a separate bedroom, living room and bathroom, plus plenty of cabinet space and a pantry large enough for our suitcases. The bed was comfortable, the TV was a good size with streaming services, and the kitchen was well equipped with cookware, dishes and utensils. Thoughtful extras included toiletries, washing-machine pods and dishwasher pods. Having both a washer and dishwasher was convenient. Our first-floor apartment opened toward the pool, which was a great feature. Management was very responsive, kind and helpful. When the Wi-Fi stopped working, he came over and tried to provide a secondary Wi-Fi connection, although it did not work. The main improvements needed are cleanliness, Wi-Fi reliability and directions. The bathroom and shower need a deeper cleaning, and there was visible mold along the bottom of the shower curtain. The shower is also quite small. The king bed was comfortable, but all sheets, blankets and bed coverings should be properly sized to fit a king mattress. The address provided took us about half a kilometer away; searching “Mou Apartments” in Google Maps worked better, so guests should be sent an accurate map pin. There are also very limited restaurants, shops and amenities nearby, making this better for a short stay than a long one unless you have transportation or plan to cook. A taxi to downtown Kotor costs about €30.

The staff is outstanding! Room was clean. FYI: There are no USB outlets. Bring an adapter.

We loved this villa. It had everything you could need and is located in quiet location but close to a nice village and several excellent restaurants.

Staff was great

The location is unbeatable, views from the hotel room towards the sea wonderful. Getting in an out from the water was rather easy, several options available. You can enjoy swimming far into the sea. No boats were coming close to the beach. Cruisers were far away. Breakfast excellent, waiters all very kind and helpful with whatever you need. No problem if you need two espresso drinks. There was though not squeezed orange juice. Perhaps a bigger variety of the pies/Danishes or other pastry would be welcome. Indoor pool on the top of the hotel was large, water was of nice temperature, there was jacuzzi there and a balcony along the pool, overviewing sea. We were the only people in that pool and enjoyed it a lot. The bus going to old town stops at the hotel every 15 minutes and runs until 1 am. That is very, very convenient and we spent evenings in old town, enjoying Dubrovnik, Lindo folk group with dancing singing, also some classical music in Knezev Dvor "Verdi forever". Food in old town was fantastic, excellent coffee in Gradska Kavana along with nice sweets. We have wonderful time. Not only hotel but Dubrovnik as well. From June 28 to July 4 Dubrovnik was not crowded. Lokrum island not to be missed.

Staff was great

Immaculate, good location, comfortable. A bit of a snafu getting to apartment from airport but very helpful housekeeper present upon arrival.
