Clean facility

Great hotel with Marriot Bonvoy club for breakfast and snacks .

I did not think it was a five star resort by any means. We were given the keys upon check-in and the man outside told us we could just drive to the room. At no point was there somebody waiting to assist us with our luggage or offered. awhere the people prior to us staying in the room let their fog urinate ( without having the decency to clean it up) as we walked in we were hit with this overwhelming smell of urine and dog. Our eyes were burning? People need to critique these places fairly so others can make their choice on the true facts. We called the front desk to send somebody over to clean it up. The housekeeping staff arrived and the girl said to my daughter “ i wouldn't know if it smelled because i have dogs.” Their was a stain as big as Montana that was still wet and was discoloring the carpet. The first night we were smelling the chemical so we thought the odor dissipated but by morning my daughter was sick and disgusted. The minute we got done with our appointment we contacted the hotel and said we needed to switch rooms. They accommodated us. We were too tired to go out and eat and decided to order a Couple burgers from room service. No ketchup, mustard or mayo (no condiments were brought with the food. They brought the food in these chipped plastic containers that you might see in a prison or hospital. $200 dollars later — We showered and called it a night. Ten minutes into my sleep i feel something on my arm. It was a bug. I scream and flicked it off my ar

There were no outside lights to see where we were walking. We were elderly females. No safety bars in bathroom. Coffee makers didn’t work. No handicapped rooms on bottom floor. Most people Who visit Sedona are not younger people.

Clean facility

Place was absolutely spotless inside as well as the grounds . Folks out and about all day doing maintenance be it grounds or otherwise. Hotel , maintenance bar Staff all treated you when passing by , very receptive to needs and friendly.

Nice place, overall decent value for the price. The room was nice and had a well stocked kitchenette. The bathroom had mosquitos, which was inconvenient, spending some of the evening going around killing 10 plus mosquitos. Then waking up the next morning to still find more in the bathroom. When I told the receptionist at check out, they said well we have mosquitos here! Which is true, but I told them they are probably laying eggs in the pipes so they might want to treat the drains. A discount or room change would have been requested, but we only had one night stay booked . It didn't completely ruin our stay, but the mosquitos were an inconvenience that was irritating that we had never had before.

Great location. Close to many places. Nice, quiet pool area.
