The room was clean everything was well maintained the beach area was nice

The room appeared to be clean the towels on the bed smelled and old..there was no face towels only big towels..it was a lot of bugs flying in because of the pool and sliding doors ...The Main part that pissed me off about the stay was we barely stay in the room because we were out sight seeing an trying to enjoy ourself an at check out they try to charge us additional fees for air condition and water when I barely used the ac because I was barely there other than sleeping...so what I'm trying to say is in my opinion if they improve there cleanliness an stop trying to beat customers out of money when it's already very expensive to stay there this would be a beautiful vacation spot because the views of the resort was beautiful...We didn't even used the pool we was hardly ever in the room the inside of the pool didn't look like it was properly cleaned ... the resort visually looks good they just have to do better

My husband and I recently stayed at Baoase Luxury Resort to celebrate our 8-year wedding anniversary, and I can honestly say our experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, everything about Baoase felt special. The property is absolutely stunning—beautiful, intimate, romantic, and incredibly peaceful. Our room was gorgeous and exceeded our expectations. Every detail felt thoughtfully designed to create a luxurious yet relaxing experience. What truly set Baoase apart, however, was the service. The level of personalized attention we received was extraordinary. One of the things that impressed us most was how the staff knew our names. It may seem like a small detail, but it made such a difference. Being greeted personally throughout the property made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for rather than simply being guests at a hotel. Every interaction we had with the staff was warm, gracious, and attentive. The service never felt forced or overly formal—it was effortless, genuine hospitality. The entire team has mastered the art of anticipating what guests need while still allowing you to completely relax and enjoy the experience. Celebrating our 8th anniversary at Baoase was everything we hoped it would be and more. It gave us the perfect setting to slow down, reconnect, and celebrate our marriage in a truly beautiful place. We have stayed at wonderful luxury properties over the years, but Baoase is one of those rare places that stays with you!

I fully enjoyed my time at the Kura Botanica. I was able to reach out to the hotel about helping book a taxi to pick me up at the airport. Check-in was easy, my room was gorgeous. The pool had plenty of shaded loungers so I could just sit and read my books. There's one bar on the property located by the pool. I don't drink so I was able to order soft drinks, smoothies, and some french fries from there and just relax. The hotel is in the Kura Hulanda Museum Village which is centrally located in Otrobanda to lots of restaurant options and it's a short free ferry ride or walking bridge distance from Punda which doubles the amount of options. Very picturesque and pleasant. I would be willing to stay here again with how friendly and helpful the staff were and the beauty of the property.
