Very clean- the staff at the restaurant/ bar very friendly and helpful. We asked for late check out and card worked until 3hrs before check out/ we had to go to front desk to recharge for the remainder of time- was ok. Therefore 4 not 5\. We understood as an event was happening making employees in general nervous.

It was ok. Common areas tired, only pool open in winter was indoors, cold and small; food and drink offer very international/ uninspiring and staff quite inconsistent. The room was well sized and beds comfortable. Nothing awful but not a real 5\* resort hotel.

The staff were all so friendly from everyone at reception to the waitresses in the restaurant and bar. Me and my mate couldn’t believe how nice the hotel was. The rooftop pool was closed due to wind which was a shake but we understood. We will be back

Hotel lovely and in a good location. However, room was unbearably hot at 26 degrees and when raised with staff was told nothing could be done. As it was winter air con was not yet on. Meant that we could not relax in the room as very unpleasant. Very disappointing.
