For the price of the hotel, we were expecting much more. The soap dispensers in the shower were out of stock and the shower in general had minimum water pressure. We ordered room service and it was lost, we never got a text saying it was coming. The staff did offer to remake it and brought it right to our room another 45 mins later.

The staff was amazing; helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet was undesirable however ordering from the menu was good. The pillows seemed fluffy till you put your head on it. Then it was nonexistent. The shower needs to run for 10-15 minutes if you want warmth. The cookies were addictive! Overall this hotel that is not on the ocean should not charge over $300 a night.

The room was very nice and seemed pretty clean. The problem was the hotel was very hot and even our room didn’t get to a comfortable temperature even after request for help multiple times. Trying to get ahold of a staff member was nearly impossible. Getting extra pillows took 2 days and multiple requests. A family member also stayed and her balcony door got stuck open and they took extremely long to address this as well (after multiple request). We were offered a free breakfast voucher to make up for the problems but it seems like they need to get it together.
