East Coast Beach Vacations

The resort was beautiful. Grounds were well maintained and the staff were always very friendly. The food was amazing, some of the best resort food we have had. Merylen was fantastic, she made the trip smooth, checked in daily and booked any restaurant. Any minor hiccups were resolved efficiently. We usually never go back to the exact resort more than once but we all agreed we will return here. Great vacation.

I got the swim up and that was actually pretty awesome having our own pool. Room was clean the cleaning lady was really nice in our villa 65. If you are like 65 and older I recommend the adults only bed time is pretty much 7pm and the property is really really really quiet. You just have to go to catch the little trolly and go to the other part of the resort and that’s actually really easy. This was my wife and I second trip to DR. I must say the breakfast inside Palmera however it’s spelled it’s best is mid to low grade the lunch is I mean terrible. If you like no seasoning and like I said 65 and older (my wife and I are not even close) can’t have seasoning food is probably really amazing for you but really nice to sit inside has air conditioning. The staff attentive for bringing you water and drinks. The restaurant LIMBO is TERRIBLE we didn’t even finish it and I think the staff noticed but we didn’t care it was terrible and they want to offer 80 dollar steaks and it’s like terrible. The meat restaurant had amazing steak even the lunch buffet and breakfast buffet was way better different chefs forsure. The coffee shop oh man AMAZING so cool nice and air conditioned the coffee is amazing they have lunch sandwiches pastries and more. Getting to a trolly and traveling the resort really easy.

The beach was in bad shape. Weed everywhere, no water amenities were available. The main lazy pool was closed on our side of the resort so visitors from that side filled up our chairs at the Excellence Club. It was party central with smoking and rowdy visitors in the water most of the day. We could have visited the Maldives for the money we paid. The Maldives resorts don’t tolerate bad behavior. Never go back.
