Great hotel! Staff were friendly and helpful. It was very close to good restaurants and city center. Breakfast area was excellent with variety of food and welcoming staff. We really enjoyed staying there.

Hotel doesn’t have AC units. It was really uncomfortable to stay 2nights in this hotel. Will not recommend to people.

Our stay at Neues Schloss Privat Hotel Zurich was outstanding from beginning to end. Every member of the staff we encountered was consistently warm, attentive, professional, and genuinely committed to making our visit perfect. The quality of service never varied, regardless of the time of day or whom we approached. The hotel itself was beautiful, comfortable, impeccably maintained, and ideally located. Every detail was handled flawlessly, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. We would return without hesitation and recommend this hotel enthusiastically to anyone visiting Zurich.

Great location- easy walk from the train station even with roller luggage bags! Professional and attentive staff checked us in and had our bags to our room soon after we got to the door. Complimentary breakfast was a nice touch! Nice interior shaded courtyard to dine or sip an aperol spritz after shopping. All fixtures were industrial grade commonly seen in Europe, as opposed to cheaply built US rooms. Older crowd here but it was super pleasant. And the room had AC!!!! Super helpful with the heat dome looming there.

this is a fantastic choice if you’re looking to stay in zurich city centre!! really it’s the best location for walking around some of the city’s most famous streets, including the shopping ones! the hotel itself is in a lovely little square and looks very picturesque from the outside, with the shutters and beautiful pastel coloured buildings. the area around it feels safe, even when i went out on walks by myself as a young woman, and the square next door has a lovely looking greek restaurant and japanese restaurant not so far away! also close to the river ☺️ the staff were helpful and always friendly and the rooms are decorated in a lovely way and the views outside the windows are bery picteresque yet again! such an amazing location, style and efficieny of a hotel and i recommend staying here !
