Great place! Friendly staff

Went on a day trip of Anfield so was convenient location. Place was clean and had parking.

The hotel was very nice and looked well kept. Room was nice, bed was very comfortable (and large). The staff were very helpful, friendly and attentive, We stayed for a concert in Bootle and the hotel was conveniently located near the railway station so we had no difficulty getting there.

Clean room staff very polite and helpful nice size clean rooms, only reason for not 5* as the window view. Would return

The property is superb and the place was spotless surrounded by beautiful countryside. The only issue was the breakfast, obviously there were no staff to serve at breakfast so it was a bit every man for himself, the food and drink is all laid out the night before so first up is best dressed. By the time we got down, 9.00 am there was no fruit or yoghurt left and a tiny bit of butter to go with the stale bread and pastries. I think a lot of people are basically pigs at a buffet and very rarely think of other people. Couldn’t fault the hotel but maybe a different way of serving up breakfast.

Great location. Simple, basic room. Extensive selection on breakfast buffet. Unfortunately noone answered when a few attempts were made at contacting front desk by phone. Also room phone was not working in one room. Although I chose the hotel based on Expedia 'VIP' status, none of the 'perks' were offered at check-in.

All the staff were super lovely and helpful. Nice and easy to book in, check out and use luggage storage. The room was clean, comfy bed,and well stocked and the air conditioning was a god send. Would recommend and definitely plan on staying there again.

Staff were super friendly & helpful, room was immaculate the bed was so comfy, really close to loads of nice bars & resturants, all in all a really great hotel & would definitely recommend to all my friends & family.
