We had an exceptional stay and truly enjoyed every part of our experience. The hotel is beautifully designed, intimate, and has a refined atmosphere that made our time in San Juan feel even more special. What stood out most, however, was the staff. Everyone was incredibly warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. Whether we needed a recommendation, assistance with plans, or simply had a question, the team was always willing to help and made everything feel effortless. Their hospitality felt personal rather than routine, and that level of service made a lasting impression on us. The combination of the beautiful property, attention to detail, and outstanding staff made this one of the highlights of our trip. We would absolutely stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable and elevated stay in San Juan. A sincere thank you to the entire team for making our visit so enjoyable.

This location is a gem. On the corner of the beach and they have a small place out front for drinks, coffee and beach food. Sort of feels like a Puerto Rican home. It feels like you are visiting someone’s grandma. The front desk staff is always so kind and helpful. It is just missing some renovations and a pool in the rooftop. Other than that this is my second time staying here. Always fun and safe!
