North Keystone Beach Vacations

We chose the Hotel Teatro for its location as we were attending a concert at Ball Arena. We found the hotel to be very nice. The staff were very friendly and helpful and though it was a little on the small side, our room was comfortable. We would stay here again should we attend another event nearby.

Liked: location, room, friendly front desk staff, restaurant on site. Disliked: $30/day destination fee (not optional) that forces you to spend $30 at the hotel each day or you loose it, the $30 could not be used towards approximately $70/night valet parking, admitted mistake by staff in communicating breakdown of final charges (had to challenge the bill), then I got home and got an invoice (folio) for $105 of mini bar and snack charges! I took pics before I checked out, so I had proof that I did not consume ANY mini bar or snack options. I had to challenge that fraudulent charge, which was ultimately returned to me after The Jacquard admitted a housekeeping staff error (and I tipped the housekeeping staff!). I left the General Manager a voicemail and never got a return call. I'm probably not their 1st victim in this regard. They are friendly while you're there, but CHECK YOUR BILL AT CHECKOUT & REVIEW YOUR FINAL FOLIO THAT'S EMAILED TO YOU DAYS LATER. I will return to Denver, but I will not stay at The Jacquard. Too much time and energy was spent challenging their mistakes, miscommunications, and/or fraud.

The Executive Suite (the biggest room they offer) was spacious with high ceilings. The bedroom was impressive! The AC wasn’t working right and the maintenance person came to look at it and closed the ticket without doing anything. I called down again and another guy showed up and offered to close the vent in the living area to cool down the bedroom. No thanks. Then somebody brought me two fans. Then I finally gave up and asked to be moved to another room after three nights of sweating and trying to sleep. The Monte Carlo suite was clean and also impressive. But still hot. Bottom line, don’t stay at this hotel in the summer. The staff was nice. But if I’m paying g $63 a night to park my vehicle I would like to have functioning AC. I will NOT be back to this hotel and would not recommend to a friend.

Very nice hotel inside and out! The only complaint is had to pay for parking!

Great hotel in RiNo, good proximity to lots of fun activities and great food options. Very modern and well appointed, with very comfortable beds. They have a nice restaurant/bar on premise and fun activities like Trivia nights on Tuesday nights. The staff were very helpful and went to extra lengths to accommodate us and make our stay comfortable when my daughter caught a stomach bug that forced us to extend our stay by an additional 2 days.
