Gallura Adventure Vacations

Not at all what we were expecting. A beautiful park and location let down by the standard of accommodation and the attitude of members of staff. We thought we were booking a standard UK style static mobile home only to end up with "half a caravan." Upon complaining to members of staff we were told that it was what they call a "hotel room." It probably was but in a 1 or 2* hotel. To say it was a tight squeeze is an understatement, there was only the 2 of us but we struggled to squeeze between the double bed, table, chairs, fridge and tv. There was no kitchen so if self-catering is what you are looking for think again, there wasn't even a kettle! The bathroom was also small and the shower kept flooding. We had one set of towels each to last us 5 days, I'd definitely recommend taking your own. The park itself was lovely, set in a beautiful location, however, there were times we felt like prisoners. I had to leave a 20 Euro deposit just to get my passport back. There were security guards everywhere and if you weren't wearing the mandatory blue wrist band then you could not get in. The park leads to the beach and it is a short walk to the "square" where there are a couple of restaurants and nightly entertainment, which was a saving grace. Overall, very disappointing.

We had a very enjoyable stay. The hotel is in an excellent location, within walking distance of great restaurants and the marina. It is well maintained, the breakfast was excellent, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The only downsides were that the spa was not available during our visit, and both check-in and check-out were slower than expected. Overall, a very good experience.

This was a true gem of a hotel. I was so lucky to be able to stay for two nights, as it was booked out for days. Absolutely beautiful location and facilities. Incredible views and one of the best pools. Loved the poolside drink and snack service, the proximity (literally 2 min walk) to the center of town, and breakfast offered a wide variety of foods, healthy protein & carb options, and strong coffee. Close to hiking and easy driving access to the Yacht Club Porto Sardegna. The front desk and all staff were kind, and accommodating. Will absolutely return in the future.

Un personnel chaleureux à l’accueil et à la maintenance, mais un maître nageur à la piscine qui ne voulait surtout pas travailler. Un hôtel avec une super architecture mais qui malheureusement manque d’entretien (piscine sale, bar vieux, climatisation en panne…). Un petit déjeuner correct. Un parking bien pratique. Bref pour passer une nuit près de l’aéroport (ou de la gare qui est littéralement collée à l’hôtel) ça va. Pour un séjour plus long, bof.
