Santa Rosa Island Adventure Vacations

I want to love this place but after my recent stay I am very disappointed to say the least. The grounds are absolutely beautiful and the staff was amazing until we left. I was charged a $250.00 smoking fee when I went to check out. My husband and I do not smoke. We filled out a dispute form but it went absolutely no where. Every time I called to get an update or to speak to a manager I was told on multiple occasions that they were busy and would call me back and if I hadn't heard back by a certain time to try again. After the 4th call back I finally spoke to a manager to only be told I had to dispute the charge with my bank. What?? This was not explained to me when I filled the form out to begin with. They also charge a daily parking fee. Needless to say we won't be back!!

Staff was great, property clean, best of all was beach access and beach was not overpopulated.

Beautiful view, great amenities, short walk to the beach. We had a great time! The Blue angels never disappoint 🛫

Overall, we enjoyed our stay! The breakfast wasn’t too bad and the property was clean. However, there was no A/C or it was turned off in the hallways and it was super hot and muggy.

Found plenty shopping site close enough to walk and beach easy to get to.
