5 mins from train station. 2 min walk to Mercato Central, stores all around. Breakfast from 7-10am. They keep it clean and they offer variety. Very nice staff. 100% recommended. Just be prepared for a very small shower :-)

The hotel was conveniently located, and the service was good. Overall, it was a pleasant stay. However, I hope the hotel improves its Wi-Fi coverage, as the connection can become unstable when multiple guests are accessing the network.

What a nice place to stay and enjoying Tuscany region!! Lovely place and atmosphere!! We definitely love to come back and stay more time for next visit!!

Highly recommend the Park Villa Ariston! The property is very clean and the staff are amazing. High praise for the breakfast and pool. We hope to return soon

I loved the artsy feel to the hotel! We came back from an after-dinner walk, only to find the words to John Lennon's song Imagine, in neon across the front of hotel! So cute and quirky it made me smile. Also, the breakfast was a great combination of things, and admin staff was always pleasant. Very clean, and it was close enough to the train station that we could walk to the hotel upon arrival. Highly recommend!

Perfect location! Room was huge - we had 3 twin beds. Breakfast was great - pancakes, eggs, meats, cheeses and pastries! We loved everything about this hotel! Would definitely recommend.

I cannot say enough compliments for the staff / especially at the front desk. A major thank you to Gene who helped me when I lost my sunglasses. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk into the city center. The rooms are comfortable and clean. There is a nice bar area and a good breakfast. A welcome drink was a very nice touch.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Florence. From the moment we arrived, the staff was kind, welcoming, and very helpful. The communication before and during our stay was excellent, which made everything feel smooth and easy. The location was perfect for enjoying Florence, and the hotel itself felt comfortable, clean, and well cared for. After long days walking through the city, it was a great place to come back to and relax. What stood out most was the hospitality. The staff made us feel taken care of without it ever feeling forced. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests having a great experience. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Florence.

Historical and beautiful place! Not usual hotel rooms!

Absolutely fantastic hotel, we couldn’t believe how good it was. Exactly like the photos. The hotel was built only in 2018 and the facilities are constantly kept in perfect condition and spotlessly clean. In a quiet part of town easily walkable into the main attractions and close to a bus and a tram stop, a perfect sanctuary to rest at night time. All of the staff are so kind and polite, especially Francois who looked after us very well at breakfast time. The hotel would be worth the price tag just for the comfortable rooms and location, but it has the added bonus of a free breakfast (with tons of choices and free mimosas), free luxury spa facilities and free home made lemonade and biscuits available at all times. We can’t recommend this hotel enough as a boutique stay perfect for adults wanting a luxury escape.
