Cafam Melgar Adventure Vacations

Starting my time there was rough, no hot water, water was not clean, pool area was messy, but the dirty water was due to a waterline break (nothing they can do about that) and they offered us the ability to go shower at another location. The pool area was because construction next door and dust and Styrofoam falling down but when we asked they came to clean no problem. The no hot water was due to someone accidentally shutting it off and they fixed it quickly. The staff was amazing and did everything they could to make our stay wonderful. I would recommend it to anyone. One thing I wish there was, is that the private pool area is not so private. Yes only you can use it, but anyone in the lounge area can see you there and when the building next door is done everyone will see you from there too. Maybe a covering would be nice, but that is a minor thing. Also, one thing I did not see in the listing is that the pool is heated. It was amazing during the stay, except one night it did go from nice warm bath temperature to hot tub with no bubbles, but either way it was nice on those cloudy days that have a slight chill. Again, recommend to anyone and everyone to stay there, great people great room, great location, and great atmosphere.

It was a perfect hotel and location we loved it very much, the room was amazing as was the breakfast!
