Clean room and great view of beach and ocean

Customer service was just okay. Front desk was blah. No one smiled or greeted you as you passed. Except Zak. Zak - was amazing. He drove the golf cart, took our bags...and whenever we saw him, he was happily chatting with guests.

When we checked in, we were presented with our cards for checking in with written room number, floor number, building name and the gate code. We went to our room, changed and went down to the pool. When we returned to change and head out to dinner, our electronic card would not open the door. All of our belongings were in the room, and we could not get in. I text the number provided and never heard back from anyone. I then called a phone number I found online. The person on the other line insisted we were in a room on the fourth floor and were at the wrong room and was rude to us. We knew it was the right room but while she was on the phone went up to the room on the fourth floor and the key did not work. She then put us on hold for a long time and finally came back, somehow unlocked the door and allowed us to enter the room on the third floor to get our belongings and move to the room on the fourth floor. She stated that the room on the third floor did not have cable which is the reason we were moved to the room on the fourth floor, only no one contacted us to let us know about the move. We were disappointed with the room as it had all the setups for a kitchen in the cabinets, but no kitchen or table to even eat at if we were to eat. We were very disappointed and will not stay at the complex again. This was supposed to be a special occasion as it was our anniversary and we were very disappointed.

Very nice and friendly staff. Everybody was helpful. Room was clean. Breakfast was okay. Pool was nice as well. Easy beach access. Will return!
