Bonaire Adventure Vacations

As a solo traveler, I found this place to be perfect for all of my needs. They were excellent when I wanted to book a few excursions, they have excellent restaurants and the beach is wonderful. Most of all, I felt incredibly safe!!! It was a wonderful trip.

The Bellefonte has been by far the absolute best place I have ever stayed. The views are amazing! You literally have everything at your fingertips. It is very close to just about everything there is to do. The rooms are more than you can ask for and the service is immaculate! If you're going to Bonaire, the Bellefonte is where you should stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Harbour Village and would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting Bonaire. The property itself is beautiful, with a peaceful atmosphere, gorgeous outdoor spaces, and some of the best snorkeling we experienced on the island right off the private beach. Having direct beach access made it so easy to spend our days in and out of the water, and the calm, clear conditions were perfect for snorkeling. Our room was also incredibly spacious and worked perfectly for what we needed throughout the trip. The staff were consistently friendly, welcoming, and accommodating, which really added to the overall experience. The only feedback we had was that the service at the bar/restaurant was a bit slow and inconsistent during the first couple days of our stay. That said, it noticeably improved as the trip went on, and we had a much better experience toward the end of our visit. Overall, Harbour Village was a fantastic place to stay and a wonderful home base for exploring Bonaire!

My husband and I went to the Dive shop on Sunday morning to rent equipment and tanks. There was a large group there, we were told we needed to talk to Sarah since we were not with them & she would help us. Sarah's help was looking irritated & saying "You're not diving here this week. We booked the whole shop out and if you would have called we would have told you" We were shore diving, all we needed was to rent equipment & tanks, she just looked at us, shook her head, then said "You can go over to Carib Sea. Maybe they can do something for you". Two other guests had booked through their travel agent & had a dive package; they were also turned away. A reservation meant nothing & her attitude was unnecessary. Shout out to Carib Sea, they are FANTASTIC. As an Expedia VIP member, we were given a $70 room credit. Divi gave us a card for the room upon check-in & a note telling us of the $70 credit. At checkout I received a bill for the $70 we spent at the restaurant. I reminded her of the voucher. She said "Well we haven't received the money from Expedia for anyone that has that." She just kept repeating that, and when I told her I have a card from Divi Flamingo saying we have a $70 credit, she rolled her eyes, took the paper & said "Fine, I'll make a note of it". You do that lady. The resort is kept up & clean, but if you want to dive at this DIVE resort, make sure you call ahead & carefully check your bill at the end. We will not be back.
