Everything was perfect

Hotel is in a good central location near many of the main attractions. Room was spacious and clean. Nice bar downstairs, there is also a rooftop bar, but that is only open in after Easter in summer. Buffet breakfast is included and that makes it very good value. Hotel also has a gym/ Not too many amenities in the room though.

This hotel provides the basics no amenities you have to pay extra for breakfast and any amenities you would like.

Staff really friendly and hotel was clean and close to everything around the city can’t wait to come back.

The staff were great. Amenities were also wonderful. Will come back.

Great location and property

The hotel was extremely clean but the room itself reminded me of a nice condo, not a luxury hotel. Our room looked right into an apartment building with no view of the water. The restaurants, which were excellent, were highly overpriced, more so than at other nice restaurants in the city. We could not use their car service as the driver left before 8pm. The pool and gym are the highlights of the hotel. The staff were also incredibly kind and attentive. Note that valet parking is priced per night. Overall, I would not return to this location because of the room quality, but the staff deserve a huge shoutout.

The room was clean and new. It had a full kitchen and was spacious! The ceiling to floor windows gave us the true experience of Chicago life. We also had access to really cool amenities like the play room, arcade and fitness room. Unfortunately our room was right next to the elevators and other guests that night were walking between rooms all night (till 4am!) , talking loudly/yelling and crying, slamming doors so it's hard to say if the bed is comfortable for sleep since we didn't really sleep with the noise. I would consider staying again because of the cleaniness, space, location and ammenities but fear that unless we get a bigger corner room, it would be noisy again by the elevator.
