What a great hotel! From the front desk staff to the cooks to the housekeepers to the shuttle drivers, they all were terrific! I definitely would come back here again. Thanks for a great stay!

From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind. The food was excellent — freshly prepared throughout the day, always warm, and with plenty of variety. The service in the restaurant was outstanding: attentive, friendly, and professional. A special thank you to KAMAL, who was an absolute legend. He consistently looked after us and made sure our dinner experience was enjoyable every evening. He even took the time to practice French with my son, which meant a lot to us and really made our stay memorable. The room was superb — clean, comfortable, and exactly what you want after a long day. Everything about this hotel felt well-run and guest-focused. Thank you to the entire Barceló team. If you are visiting Marrakesh, I highly recommend booking here.

A beautiful hotel a short drive outside the medina. Choose it for lush grounds, a friendly team and a great pool. We had a few problems with our room which were raised with the staff and resolved to a degree. Be wary of the superior bungalow with courtyard view… it’s actually in the car park and does not reflect the high standards and ambience the hotel generally sets.

A* great place to stay. Friendly and helpful staff that will help you where needed. Nice and peaceful with its own swimming pool. Recommended

Tigmiza is a truly special property and not only because of its beauty and amenities but for the incredible staff that make it a haven! We wish we could name EVERYONE who made this stay exceptional. However, we can give special mention to Guest Relations extraordinaire Oussama (this man is a gift to the establishment!) Nothing was too small or big for him to take care of on our behalf. And ALWAYS with a sincere smile. We see the next GM in the making!!! Spa Manager Soukaina and the masseuses we worked with directly were lovely and exceedingly competent in giving us several wonderful spa experiences. Mom is still talking about her Hamman! Finally to all the front desk staff, servers and bell staff, like Hamza, Redouane, Abderrafie and others we say THANK YOU! THANK YOU for helping provide such an amazing holiday!!! We look forward to seeing and reconnecting with you ALL again sooner than later :)
