Very disappointing stay. Check in is very late (4pm) . Room was not Classic Double as booked. We got a dark prisonlike cell with no view of outside world . Heating didn't work ( but was fixed - thx ) WIFI didn't work . It was separate to main building.
Breakfast also disappointing

We had no Internet connection while there. The parking situation is a bit ridiculous.
And I was charged twice for my room!! I haven’t been refunded yet!
