The hotel is well equipped with a great swimming pool and spa facilities. The dining room are a little rigid. Each guest is allocated a specific table in the restaurant preventing guests from choosing which table to sit at. This did lead to a misunderstanding between us and the restaurant but I was very pleased to see that the Owner and Manager of the hotel took our concerns seriously and addressed them promptly. Stefania, the manager of the hotel, deserves special praise, she is a fantastic host and incredibly professional.

This was one of the most beautiful hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The 13th century property was renovated with exquisite taste to modern standard. The restaurant, pool, and service were 5-star. The property is like a mini museum with incredible art all around the property. My only regret is to have stayed there only one night. We’ll be back for sure!

"Because I don’t speak Italian or German, checking un was a challenge. The receptionist behaved as if I was the one at fault for not finding a common language. After taking our passports and handing me a key, she left abruptly without indicating the location of the room. The room itself was nice. ..."
