Not what we expected from a Kimpton. Although non-smoking, smell of cannabis was prevalent in hallway and common areas. Arrived on a Friday at 3PM but could not get a drink at the restaurant as it was closed. Had to go across the street to a different hotel. Pretty sure the place was packed and only one of the elevators was working. No attempt to get the other one working our entire stay. Staff, though, was very nice and pleasant.

This is a wonderful property and the people who work there could not have been more accommodating and kind. Since I am a Marriott Bonvoy member, they upgraded my room to a higher floor with a Lake view. It was just very perfect. Loved my experience there.
