This Marriott truly disappoints. Mattress was *extremely* uncomfortable. Mildew in shower curtain. The one person at the checkout desk was rude, no smile, no greeting, did not ask how the stay was, did not say thank you, did not bother to speak much or give the slightest smile, no eye contact; it really made me wonder why she was hired to do that job in the first place. Some staff members were helpful but this one person at checkout truly killed the team efforts. This is the worst Marriott and one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at, and I traveled a whole lot.

We had an issue with a neighbor and the staff fixed it right away. We had an amazing stay and I can’t thank the staff enough for jumping in and making sure we were taken care of quickly and with very little inconvenience.

Beautiful resort, high quality accommodations, gorgeous pools, and five-star service - all around we had a beautiful stay. It is expensive but that's what you pay for an upscale, high quality resort nowadays.
