Resort was incredible, good drinks, great food, awesome atmosphere and very pleasant staff! Early check was complimentary and was perfect for the kiddos after a long ride!

When we arrived we were put in a room that smelled very musty, had stained carpet and the bathroom mirror was damaged with black streaks. We called the front desk immediately and they said for an upgrade of $40 we can move you. We were paying $500 already. Once we moved the room was clean and comfortable. I was looking for luxury and this was not it. It was a comfortable stay but not what I was thinking.

Didn't appreciate construction noise starting at 6:00am. Bag of soiled diapers left on our patio upon arrival. Missed not having the mesquite fire pits at night.

I enjoyed my stay at the Scottsdale Camelback Resort. I found this listing through Expedia. It is tailored for a more mature audience, but I appreciated that. The Villa was neat and clean. The property has all sorts of amenities. It's located in an excellent location for walking to nearby shops, restaurants, etc. I felt safe traveling solo as the property is contained. The check-in process was very easy and I completed it online. The staff helped me to get in an hour early and I enjoyed the property while I waited. I would like to recognize the following staff members for their outstanding service - Brooke my esthetician who did my facial at the spa, Melissa the bartender at Splash, Naomi working the front desk at night, and Maria the water yoga instructor. They all made me feel welcome and went above and beyond to make my experience enjoyable. Thank you all for making my trip to AZ extra special!

The service is excellent, food was great, we appreciated the shuttle. The resort was clean and safe. The resort is older. The bath rooms need to be updated. The rooms are large. We enjoyed our stay.
