This is an outstanding hotel! We stayed there for the Dublin Marathon and the staff is very welcoming and accommodating. The hotel is gorgeous, clean, and full of amenities. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay there again.

The hotel itself is fine. It is clean and modern. But the staff is very slow and non-attentive, check-in time was 3 PM and we were there at 3:30 and our room was not ready. This was after a excruciating day of travel. We were given two free drink tickets to make up for it but we don’t drink. Then there was the food service. You had to physically go to the bar staff and request food because they were not coming to you. They do not clear your dishes out of the way they do not come back to see how you’re doing. It seems to be ran by a bunch of kids. We requested a late check out and we were told no. There are many, many hotels, and I would recommend looking at others before staying here.
