The room was clean and nice. I wasn’t crazy about a rain shower- shower head. Also no plugs on both sides of bed or in bathroom was a little difficult. At night it was hard to find food at the resort. We didn’t want to get back out but there was no place to grab a bite a to eat except the night the food truck was open. The breakfast bar was amazing. I wish we had known to get the all inclusive because 29.00 plus a resort tax of 3.00 is too much for breakfast. The 2nd floor ocean front for us was looking straight into the bar and we couldn’t see ocean - but people could see in our room so that was not the best location. We loved the pools, the entertainment, the wrist keys, the towels, the daily room cleans, the location and the food trucks. Prepare for 1drink at the bars being close to $20. Very steep with a tip!! Great family fun for our grandkids! DJ - pool fun etc

This was our first stay in Crystal Cove. Someone from HOA called the front desk to tell them that we had too many guest. We had a 3bed 3 bath unit. 5 beds with and a pull out couch. We had 2 adults and 8 children, all under the age of 15. And 5 under the age of 8. The HOA also complained that the 2 kids bikes that we brought down were parked in front of another unit. They were parked beside the stairwell the first night as we arrived after dark and was not aware of a bike rack on the opposite end of out building. I had to send a picture as proof. The phone call came on or 3rd day. All of that to say, that is just annoying to deal with. So unless you want to be police by the HOA stay in a hotel on the resort and not in Crystal Cove or any of the condos.

We recently completed our third stay at Henderson Beach Resort and was disappointed to see a noticeable decline in overall quality and service compared to previous visits. While the resort was generally clean, the main pool area was dirty and poorly maintained. In contrast, the newer pool was very clean and well presented. The valet staff were consistently friendly and helpful; however, the front desk team, particularly an associate named Sarbeth, was unfriendly and unaccommodating. Interactions often felt like an inconvenience to them, which detracted significantly from the guest experience. Overall, I would rate this stay 3 out of 5 stars. The property was nice.. the ocean view beautiful!! Was a very busy place!! Do not stay if you are looking for something a little less active!

The property was beautiful, inviting, clean and the food in the Resort was really good. The staff were all friendly and helpful. My only 2 complaints were no microwaves in the rooms and the food at the Salty Rose was subpar for the prices. The drinks were good at The Salty Rose.

The staff was excellent! Anthony checked us in when we got there and checked us out when we left. He was very personable. The location was perfect, exactly what we were looking for.

The room was clean, and room service was helpful. The hotel doesn’t really go beyond the basics, but it does what it needs to: puts you close to the beach.

My room was clean. The staff were nice and helpful. The beach view was wonderful.
