Pigeon Island Adventure Vacations

Everyone and everything was amazing!

Aside from a city wide water shut off due to national shortages (we had no running water for 36 hours in our room), it was great

The staff was AMAZING! Caroline, Zenia, and V were just perfect. Leah was super nice too! Room was ok…. Needs some updates and the water pressure in the shower was a trickle when turned to hot. Water never really got hot. Some days it was luke warm. Views from room were stunning. Bed was comfortable. The frogs were crazy loud and were in the room area w the rocks. Made it very hard to sleep and relax. Food was an average. It took well over an hour no matter if order was placed for room service or if we were in the restaurant. Drinks would take 30 min also. Wedding was PERFECT! Every detail was taken care of and we are so glad we chose here for it! Over all, the week was good! Just minor things that need to be improved on.

We stayed in the Upper Temple Suite, which was huge and had a lovely view of the Pitons and trees buzzing with hummingbirds from the balcony/patio. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming and helpful. The Chocolate Making experience was wonderful and better than expected. The best part was the ability to walk down the road to Anse Chastanet beach any time for free snorkeling and swimming. Caveat: the rooms are NOT soundproof. It was a small, intimate setting, and we preferred the quiet and privacy over larger, busier resorts.

Resort was clean, employees were outstanding. Calm beach that works well for families with children. The resort is flat. No big hills to climb like other resorts on the island.

This place is everything you can ever imagine the service the views and the food were great here. One of the best services I’ve seen in awhile

The room was wonderful! The friendly staff went a long way making our vacation all the more special. Shout out to the best people that made us feel welcomed and friends I hope to see again, Rohan for his unrelenting hard work and services to ensure we were always taken care of, Dumplin whose full of life and creating fun and laughter wherever she stands, Chanel for her grace and welcoming warmth always appearing out of nowhere at the right times no matter where we were and Knikole ready with her bright smile to help navigate wherever your adventures take you. The island beach was nice but having to pay an additional fee to have a chair closer to the beach should be worked out with the island keepers. The pool was awesome and bar tenders provided great service, we did have to wait on towels for over an hour on a couple of occasions. Food was good, some restaurants on location available for additional fees and for variety. We tried all of them! The one that stood out as a fun experience was the ‘Rum Cave’. Would have loved to get massages but the rates quite high. All in all - great experience and I would definitely recommend Zoetry stay.

Resort overall great. Many activities & pool areas around the resort. Food was excellent. Staff are all very friendly.

This was my fourth visit to Saint Lucia third stay at Coco Palm. The service and the grounds have changed tremendously. There was no hot water only luke warm water only, the air condition did not work. The staff was busy congregating and gossiping than assisting quest. I will not be staying at this spot again.
