super clean , honestly the private pool isn’t really private main pool is def the same , the food = salty , have the restaurants is adult only so we only have 2-3 choices and to e main buffet was closed even tho the guy said it will be open tomorrow . the cafe is the best wish it opened earlier but it’s great

It's a very big hotel, needs lots of updating, rooms were very much in need of a lot of work! The food is ok for the most part but the coffee was horrible! The theater shows are very late, at 10 pm so we were out by then… normally most resorts have 2 shows one at 8:30 and one at 10 this one only had one.
There are very few activities, especially in the adults-only area, which is very boring in the daytime The beaches are very beautiful, and seaweed is hit or miss depending on when you go! The landscaping is well maintained and the place looks beautiful in the pictures, unfortunately coming from America we did not enjoy it so much! Even though we were so called premium level. The rooms and service was nothing premium!
This was our second time there and it was a lot better years ago!
We stayed for 8 nights and it was getting boring on day 2 nothing to do but swim and eat! We expected a lot more from this resort but were unfortunately disappointed!
