The property was great, the food and service was excellent.
Unfortunately the shuttle service that was offered with my trip that i paid extra for was awful. Our trip was delayed coming in and so no one was there to pick us up, on the way home the shuttle service came 5 hours before our flight departed. Get a cab it’s cheaper and more reliable

This is truly a 5 star resort, from the clean facilities, excellent staff, excellent amenities, beautiful pools, beaches and flowrider to the excellent choices of food.
Comfortable room, beautiful ocean view and elevators on every building (so good for wheel chair access). Great night entertainment and top class video game room with about 25 video games including x-box. Great for families or couples. Water slide, kids splash park and all pools are 4 feet or less in depth. I love this resort and will definitely go back. It is worth every penny.
