We had a wonderful trip with our 14 and 18 year old kids. The bungalow was perfect for us because each kid had their own room. The staff was really accommodating, friendly, and kind.

I’ve been to Turks with friends and family several times, but this was the first time I rented a beachfront property with concierge service and it was an amazing experience. The concierge service at Long Bay Beach Club coordinated VIP airport entrance and transportation to the villa and we skiped the long line. We also opted for gourmet chef service, and it was a fantastic experience. The villa was impeccably clean, with high-quality towels, shampoo, and all the amenities we could imagine. Housekeeping was included in the price, which is something welcome compared with my previous stays. Something incredible was the direct access to the private beach. The villa has a nice beachfront sundeck and ocean kayaks. The powdery white beach was incredible, like being in heaven. This is an incredibly safe place for ocean sports. We went kite surfing and also hired some jet skis Our concierge did a great job again arranging both activities for us. We will be returning again!

The best hotel we have ever stayed at! 10 out of 10! We came with three small kids and everything was nothing but amazing!

I felt that I should have been compensated for the elevator being out of order for the week. I was using a cane so a challenge every day for the steps.

Beautiful property right on the sand, steps from the water. Loved how quiet and secluded it felt. It was a perfect few days here with everything we needed and the property manager just a call away. Would return in a heartbeat.
