We absolutely loved staying at Windsong Resort! The staff were incredible, the grounds were beautiful, and the turquoise water in Turks and Caicos was absolutely breathtaking. Before arriving, I was a little worried about the location being farther away and the beach being narrow. We ended up renting a car, and honestly it wasn’t bad at all… although I wasn’t the one driving on the left side 😝 And the beach? Yes, it’s a bit narrower than some others, but it was still gorgeous, peaceful, and never felt crowded. We truly had such a relaxing and wonderful stay! It’s a smaller resort than some of the others which I prefer! One thing I would definitely do differently next time is book directly through the hotel instead of using Expedia. I wanted to upgrade from a bungalow to an oceanfront room, but Expedia made the process unnecessarily complicated. There was a lot of back-and-forth communication with the hotel, and I kept being told there would be extra fees involved. After several frustrating calls and emails, I finally contacted Windsong directly and was able to upgrade quickly and easily with no additional hassle. On top of that, booking directly through Windsong ended up being much more affordable than booking through Expedia (they had a summer special)!

We loved our stay in a 1br oceanfront jr suite! Beautiful view, clean and well appointed room and property. Staff was great, esp waiters Samuel and Jamesley. Nice details like Bulgari products and Frette towels. Loved the food and view from rooftop bar and restaurant Pelago. We recd and $18 per person daily breakfast credit that helped offset the overall very high food costs in T&C. Nice reef in front to snorkel and saw turtles as nearby Smith’s Reef.

Wonderful property with exceptional service. Our three bedroom bungalow was spacious and well maintained.

All rooms have straight view of the ocean. The staff was very helpful and daily housekeeping excellent. They also provided sail “turn down” service and replenished towels and water. The architectural design of hotel is outstanding and blends with the topography of the Turks
