We were at windsong for 5 nights and we had a nice stay and enjoyed the beach everyday. Great location for snorkelling- The reef is right there! Staff is amazing and everyone is super helpful. The butlers made everything very easy for us, including booking boat tour and taxi, recommending restaurants off campus, as well as arranging hospitality suite. The rooftop restaurant is our favourite place to eat - food is great, view is breathtaking, and staff is very accommodating. We had breakfast there everyday and dinner 3 night out of 5 night. Jojo is a great place for lunch. The fish sandwich and Cesar salad with fish are delicious. Would not recommend Dune restaurant. We did not have good experience there. Staff did not seem to care. We had dinner there the first night. Food was ok and we decided to go again the 3rd night, but we ended up leaving after 15 minutes. The staff did not seem to tell the truth about the drink order. We went back to the rooftop and enjoyed our meal there.

Kitchens stocked with everything you could need. The property is very well maintained, every staff member we encountered was friendly, amenities are good. The elevators can be a bit slow. The food at the property isn’t very good. It’s okay if you’re in a pinch, but for the price, not worth it. Overall, great place to stay.

All rooms have straight view of the ocean. The staff was very helpful and daily housekeeping excellent. They also provided sail “turn down” service and replenished towels and water. The architectural design of hotel is outstanding and blends with the topography of the Turks
