The Elite property was very clean Staff were great. Rooms were always kept clean. Breakfast was lacking a bit in choices. Otherwise a great experience We had a nice ocean view

The property is in a great location and the hotel is very nice- total boutique. The advertised room type said partial sea view- this was not true unfortunately. It faced tons of trees with no view of the bay or Mediterranean. We also were celebrating a special occasion and made the team aware in my original booking and multiple communications leading up to arrival. We didn’t get any awareness or any amenities for our special time. Finally we were supposed to get a welcome drink as part of our booking - that didn’t happen either. But again location was great, made-to-order breakfast was very good, staff was nice - just know very boutique hotel with only 11 rooms. If you don’t get the top floor presidential you probably won’t have any view of ocean - full or partial :(

Beautiful Views and Wonderful Staff, but Disappointing Value for Money The Roc Club has some lovely qualities, especially its beautiful views and genuinely wonderful staff. The employees were fantastic, welcoming, and attentive, and they deserve special recognition for making guests feel well cared for. Although the restaurant has a small menu, the food was good, and I appreciated the quality of what was offered. Unfortunately, the overall experience did not justify the high price of the stay. I was particularly disappointed by the lack of facilities, including a sauna, which I would have expected from a hotel in this price range. While the staff, views, and food were all positive aspects, I expected a more complete luxury experience for the amount I paid. The hotel has real strengths, but the facilities and overall value for money fell short of my expectations. I truly appreciate the employees and the service they provided. However, considering the price, I would hesitate to return or recommend it to someone looking for a fully equipped luxury hotel. Wonderful people, beautiful views, and good food — but ultimately, not worth the price for me.

It was a lovely small place, almost like a Bed n breakfast. Staff was very nice and accommodating. Enjoyed their breakfast. We also reserved their car from the airport which was very convenient! I’ll Only a few blocks away from everything!

Front desk and restaurant staff very friendly and very good at what they do. Excellent service was provided by the above, including housekeeping. Breakfast served at the hotel was exceptional. Quite the assortment of foods and beverages. Indoor/outdoor dining setup most pleasant. Overall, our room was comfortable and quiet, and nicely done. Though the bed section of the room-at-large was compact, and hang bar space was limited, the space was adequate and quite clean. Lovely bed and bedding; it envelopes you. The bath section of the room-at-large was well lit and the shower (with multiple water sources) was very good. (We understand the room we selected was one of the smaller ones, if not the smallest. It was a non-view room across from apartment homes; so we kept the curtains closed for our privacy and the neighbors' privacy.) The pool (with foliage/greenery on the far wall) and adjacent compact lounge and workout area (with bathrooms) has a quiet, soothing ambience. The hotel is in a good (unfrenzied) neighborhood. It's within walking distance to excellent restaurants (that a front desk person recommended) and much more.
