Clean room and a free shuttle to downtown. The two restaurants were great and all of the staff was friendly and very helpful!

The accommodation was very nice! Great property location and extremely clean. For a 100 year old mansion, it was in great shape! It’s right next door to the southern most point buoy! Walkable to Mallory square. The parking lot is only for guests and although there was a charge, it was cheaper than parking in Mallory square!

This was one of the nicest places we have ever stayed. It felt like a tropical oasis but was only a block over from Duval. Wine tasting room was great and the hotel cat, Lucy, was the sweetest! Breakfast each morning was amazing! We would definitely stay here again when we come back to visit!

Great stopover for a night in Key West. Handy shuttle bus to take us from hotel to Old Town. Staff friendly & helpful. Lovely room with harbour view

We enjoyed a beach view and the pool was nice. They have attendants who will bring you food and drinks by the pool or beach. We had small issues (dead batteries in the remote and housekeeping missed our room one day) which were resolved very quickly. I would stay at The Reach again.

Very close to everything!!! Concierge was available and helpful. Walking distance to most everything. Food was delicious at the beach restaurant.

We really enjoyed our time at the Marker. We are planning our next trip to the keys and we will definitely stay at The Marker.

This property exceeded expectations. The one down side was the "beach". There is a great sandy area to hangout. But there is no "traditional" beach that goes into the water. But it is still a great property.

The hidden resort fees were absolutely ridiculous! $40 a day, plus $5 a day plus $150 coverage without any explanation. This property is located directly next to the airport and they do not provide a shuttle service to pick you up. We used Uber for everything, another extra expense. ( The Hampton Inn next door had a shuttle that went everywhere)

Stayed in a one bedroom unit. Good size kitchen/living room, however bathroom was tiny. Bedroom was ok.. lots of closet/storage, however bed could have been bigger. Location was awesome… just a couple blocks to everything!
