Excellent apart-hotel close to everything

Ideal location close to everything in Oslo

Very nice apartment, clean and good space :)

We had a pleasant stay. We paid for early check-in and the room was ready pm time. The room was large. The bathroom in contrast is very small and water from shower spray made the floors wet even out of shower area. We asked for extra towels and were provided with them. Excellent breakfast each morning. Close to train station and many sights. This was a great stay.

Everything went well and the staff stepped up and assisted during a medical emergency if I could rate a 10 out of 5 I would. We both thank you for your help and genuine concern and caring making it bearable being 3000 miles from home.

Outstanding hotel. We had a junior suite - the bedroom was very large and the bathroom also. It had a dressing area too. The breakfast was also excellent. Would highly recommend.

Friendly staff with excellent customer service! My wife left a pair of jeans in closet, the staff have arranged to return to us. Just overall a good vibe !

Was hesitant about staying in a hotel with no staff or lobby, but the process was so smooth!! Beautiful room, plenty of amenities (coffee pods, kitchen items, extra towels, dish soap, etc), and everything was quite clean. The area felt safe for a solo traveller, and having a laundry machine in the room was the saving grace of my trip!

It is a seemingly nice place. and very clean. The staff were nice. However, there were problems: 1. It is called the Thon Airport hotel, but it is miles from the airport and requires a shuttle (every 1/2 hour). Moreover, no one informed us, there are TWO Thon hotels "near" the airport, but we were directed to the wrong Thon hotel (the bus driver did not ask which we wanted). When we arrived at the hotel ( at 11:30 pm), we were told we were at the "wrong" Thon hotel, and were that we could either walk there (through a dark, woody road) or wait another 1/2 hour for the next shuttle. No attempt to simply give us a room there, despite having few guests. We arrive finally at the "correct" Thon hotel an hour later (at 12:30 am). The room is ok, but very bare, with only a single packet of coffee available for us (but 3 packets of decalf). Beer was available at the reception, but a single beer cost 13 Euro. One good thing though: An excellent (included) breakfast was served the next morning. Suggestion: they really need to make it clear to customers about the multiple Thon hotels associated with the Airport so this does not happen to others.
