I’m usually too lazy to leave a review, but this hotel deserves one. The staff were amazing and incredibly accommodating, especially Diana at reception. I raised an issue during my stay, and the team did everything they could to put it right.
When I returned from a day out, I found a lovely personalised note and some sweet treats waiting for me.
It’s the little things that make a difference, and that level of care really impressed me. The breakfast was great too. Highly recommended!

This hotel is absolutely charming; high end without being snooty. The staff is great and the amenities are perfect. The Library and balcony seating is wonderful. The breakfast area, whether outside or inside is delightful. Can't say enough about this gem of a hotel.
