We were pleasantly surprised with the spaciousness and the friendly staff. They also served a beautiful breakfast. Very clean and comfortable, safe and conveniently located.

The first room we were given on the first floor was missing a window blind, so that's not good. Our bathroom was in need of upgrade. Staff was great. Breakfast was also very good. Overall we were happy

This is one of those rare "pleasant surprise" properties that turned out to be WAY better in person than the pictures looked online (and they looked GOOD online). The building and grounds are absolutely beautifully renovated and maintained. (Love the detailed history of the building) The courtyard out back was stunning and a wonderful place to sit in the evening. Staff was terrific - super helpful!! And the room was pretty much perfect...a small kitchenette-type setup, a sitting area, a desk area, and a big comfy bed, nice sheets, great towels, and all done very elegantly and with great attention to detail. And, yes, the breakfast room is in the basement, but staff went out of their way to make sure we had what we needed and there was plenty of hot (and cold) food to choose from. It was a very pleasant way to start the day! Highly recommend!

Clinton Pond B&B was a lovely place to stay and use as a home base for biking, hiking and beach hopping. The house is beautiful, and immaculately clean. The covered deck is especially beautiful, and a great place to take your coffee, or an end of the day drink. Note: There is a shared kitchenette for guests with a fridge/freezer, microwave, dishes, kettle and coffee machine. The owners, Amanda and Alex, are welcoming and helpful. Their staff team does a wonderful job preparing breakfast and kept the rooms fresh throughout our stay. The grounds of the house are well worth a wander. The pond is full of birds, and there are multiple benches to sit in the sun. We had a wonderful and relaxing stay.

The property was very clean & well-maintained, even though it’s an older property. The cons: smelled like nicotine, even though it’s non-smoking. This was really bothersome as non-smokers. There are no vents for the stove, so it was really difficult to cook anything on the stove top. Not a huge deal, but just to note: there was no baking sheet if you needed to pop anything in the stove or salt and pepper. Not worth the money, in my opinion. Again, it was very clean and this was super appreciated but the smoke smell was really off putting.

Staff was friendly. Room was clean with nice amenities. Would stay there again.

Very clean, staff were wonderful, great price, amenities were fun the pool was great!
