It was clean, good size apartment, location is close to the center but the area around it didn’t feel comfortable at night, and it was hard to notice where the main door is as the sign is inside and not clear on the road.

Had high expectation to visit this place. The service was disappointing at the best. we were left alone on our self with zero help from the staff.. judging from previous review, the same problem still exist. I guess the only improvement they’re trying to do is to reply bad reviews. It’s the same standard answer without actual action to improve their service.

Let's start with the positives. The staff vas helpfult and good. The breakfast was one of the best ones I have had in a hotel, but the deserts are just way to sweet, cut down on the sugar guys. The gym is very good and has everything you need for a nice exercise. The pool and sauna is nice but unfortunately very greedy and stupid to charge extra to use them. The hotel is already expensive and off location as it is, at least you should have the pool and sauna included in the price like every other hotel on planet earth, whats the point in visiting this hotel otherwise if you need to pay extra for almost everything except the room? Overall I would rate it a strong 3.5 because of the nice breakfast and staff.

Major construction going on in the adjacent lot - jackhammers start before 8am. Cleaning staff start before 8am and leave service doors open - too much noise.

This was a beautiful place to stay! So peaceful and comfortable. The staff are really friendly and helpful! The breakfast was fabulous as well!

Excellent location to many sites and restaurants. Very walkable. Wonderful breakfast!! Very spacious room. Great air conditioning. Highly recommend.

The room was clean, but the downstairs bathroom had graffiti on the urinal wall. Everything was expensive. I had a 50 minute massage and the masseuse was terrible and immediately stopped at 50 minutes with the timer and walked out. And I get a massage every week that was not a massage and it was expensive.

Centrally located. Great hotel with nice amenities. Cozy lounge with fireplace near small bar. Bartenders were just that…..the real deal. Rooms were clean and spacious. Overall great value.

The carpets in the aisle were not cleaned.

Right in the center of downtown on same street as the Royal Palace, National theater, Univ of Oslo, and many other attractions, restaurants, and shopping all within walking distance.
