Room was great.
Food was good, but placing orders was slow. Food arrived promptly though.
My biggest problem is your phone system . I tried probably 10- 15 times to call and each time I waited for the 15-20 rings before it cut me off as none was available . The message "Please call back" or similar message came after the timeout period.
You must be loosing lots of business by not answering the phone. The only extension that picked up was the golf.

We rented King bed room which was absolutely tiny. They have squeezed King bed into rooms that are not sufficiently sized resulting in a very cramped setting. The body wash and combo shampoo/ conditioner are of the lowest quality.
There are no amenities otherwise - no cream, toothpaste etc.
One of the young gents at front desk quite unfriendly, abrupt and overall unhelpful. Other staff were ok.
Would not stay again.
