the property is secluded, very clean and the staff so helpful and kind. Very beautiful people all around. The hotel room very clean, it was not what I was expecting as far as a hotel room, it was an apartment. Bathroom with double sink, so you have space for that significant other. A nice king size bed waking up to a view, a wrap around balcony from the bedroom to the living room. Kitchen and dinning room to to fill all your personal needs. A home away from home, you feel you belong here, you even have a dishwasher and laundry machine. What else do you need? The grounds have a beautiful infinity pool, laundry mat, gift shop, a market store on the property, spa and gym. Two great restaurants. The only down part was the beach with the frequent storms have been washing up some seaweed waste covering the beach but its just a phase mother nature. There is so many places to go and do. Or you can stay at the resort and be pampered. The staff really go out of their way to take care of their guests. I will miss my favorite Bartender Jeffery and his colorful tasty cocktails. Thank you.

We got a room upgrade upon arrival and it was beautiful! The property is spotless, easy access to the beach and all good restaurants. Plan to come back in the near future.

The condo and property was clean and well decorated and maintained. We had an awesome stay and will return.

Our stay at Holland House Beach Hotel was honestly quite disappointing. From the day we arrived, renovations were happening directly across from our room. Imagine going on vacation only to be woken up by loud drilling and hammering! There was also a strong smell of paint, which was a concern because my partner is allergic and ended up with burning and irritated eyes. I emailed the front desk, and the manager came to speak with us. She initially offered a room upgrade and a refund, only to turn around and take back the refund offer. What upset me even more was how she handled the situation. She kept talking over me and barely allowed me to speak. Her attitude only changed when I mentioned that I was recording our conversation. I understand that hotels often use the slower season to carry out renovations, and that's perfectly reasonable. What I don't understand is why we (guests) were placed directly across from rooms undergoing active construction and painting, without any warning. Surely those rooms could have been taken out of service until the work was completed. We eventually got a refund for one night, but this was happening throughout our stay. It’s a shame because the hotel is in a lovely location, but the lack of communication and how the situation was handled really spoiled the experience for us.
