8.6/10 Excellent! (1,001 reviews)
Staff was absolutely amazingly friendly. Appreciated the free shuttle bus service to and from the waterfront. Good value for the price. Excellent food at the rooftop restaurant. Inexpensive uber from the airport to the hotel.

8.4/10 Very good! (1,000 reviews)
A very hard bed and too warm covering. Checking in required 5 signatures when 1 would have done. Additional deposit also required per nightly stay. The deposit is not returned for up to 7 days after checking out. The staff not very friendly and housekeeping entered my room while I was there at 8 AM. without giving me time to answer the knock very awkward. Pool was closed. Didnt have the buffet breakfast and dinner was very good but rather pricy.
