Everything was just fantastic! Second time here and hope to come back more times. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms very well decorated, the pool is amazing and the food at the restaurant also. But the highlight is the staff! Just perfect stay.

This hotel is located meters away from the main fatima relgious center. The building and infrastructure feels old. The swimming pool is tiny (compared to the images shown), only for kids and cold and dirty. To get towels we had to go to another floor and wait 30 minutes. Staff is not friendly and completely ignorant about almost everything (including where the bathrooms are), a first for us in Portugal. We got the suite with 2 rooms and there was a kitchenette, but absolutely nothing to make it useful, no utensils, no pots, not even a hot water kettle. When I asked for a kettle at the desk, they asked for 10 euro deposit. This is far, far from a luxury hotel. Mediocre at best.
