Broomes Island Adventure Vacations

Nothing like any Sofitel I knew in other cities and worse than few years ago when I visited here. Bed sheaths were unclean( stain on it!) and even though I took them off, they put them back again. Will not come back here.

This hotel is a treasure! The rooms, the staff, the beautiful lobby, and the dining experience are all exceptional!

Fabulous.

This hotel is so amazing I love it nice neighbor , shopping, and lots of restaurants

The staff was friendly and very helpful. My room was clean. I found the deodorizer that they used throughout the hotel to be overpowering. It was just too much. The other thing that was really strange was that there were constantly large piles of used towels in the hallway outside of my room. That was, frankly, disgusting. I won't go back.

Expected a much cleaner room, and higher quality service. Tub needs a complete remodel for such a hotel. Shower and tub quality was a 3-star quality! Room was not properly cleaned. Literally were charged for internet access, cheap notes on bathroom they if you take the soaps we will charge you $65! Will never go back.

My husband and I stayed here on a “staycation” for our anniversary weekend. The location was excellent, our room category was great, and the bathroom was luxurious. We will absolutely stay here again!

Only gripe I had (and I repeated this to staff who initially gave the impression that this was a temporary hiccup, but I learned at checkout this is a recurring problem), was the lack of streaming service accessibility for the television. There was only live/local tv available at the property and I had planned to stream musicals and binge watch tv during my 4-night destress/getaway/staycation trip from my paid streaming apps, which I utimately had to watch on my phone and tablet. It would have been nice to have been offered a beverage credit for the bar or room service for example, to compensate as a goodwill gesture. Otherwise, it was a nice stay and the staff were nice. Used the gym, pool area for yoga, and Juliette balcony room was small but nice. Location was perfect in the middle of the wharf!
