First of all we book this resort few months before, and they took the payment everything was confirm. As soon as we got to the resort they saying they don’t have our rooms they over booked and they gonna transfer to another hotel for the night then we come back when they have our rooms ready in that resort, they took couple of hours to sort it out for the other hotels then we have to drug all the bags to other hotels just to be clear we were 16 people including children and child, when we went to other hotel they took another hour to check us in so that day was gone for running around one Hotel to another the next day we come back to the original Hotel and we had to wait at the lobby for another couple of hours. When They bring us back to our hotel they said rooms gonna be ready, indoor pool was freezing cold it’s not just us many other families with children they couldn’t enjoy. We told them and they said they only heat the water on winter time but after three or four daysthey actually heat the indoor swimming pool water, weather wasn’t that good so everybody needed to be Indoor. Another issue is to get to the main attraction where the Slide swimming pools and near the beach you have to take a shuttle Bus. That would been ok for summer times

We had a lovely stay at Limak Lara and really enjoyed our experience. The hotel was great, and the facilities made our stay enjoyable and relaxing. There was a small issue with the hot tub, but the staff resolved it straight away, which we really appreciated. The team were helpful and responsive, making sure everything was sorted quickly. Overall, we had a great stay and would happily recommend Limak Lara to others!

The hotel had everything you might need. The food was great and different options. I loved the kids options including for babies. The main swimming pools were quite cold in October, but the kids one was heated and the temperature of the sea was perfect. Loved the hotel and the kids too!

Please Read! The resort had nice amenities, and the food was excellent. However, the rooms were very basic and certainly not luxurious. They even did not have iron! My biggest disappointment was the hotel’s pricing and how they handled an issue with our reservation. I booked rooms for 13 people through Hotels.com, but accidentally entered one child’s age as 11 instead of 14. At check-in, the hotel tried to charge me an additional €250 per night for the extra person. I showed them an email from Hotels.com, which confirmed that this charge should be reduced to €130 per night. After presenting the email, the hotel agreed to honor the €130 rate. I also paid €130 per night for the 14-year-old child because of the age difference entered in the reservation. Even €130 extra per night for a three-year age difference seemed excessive, especially considering the quality of the rooms and the overall cost of our stay. I felt the hotel was more interested in extracting additional money from guests than providing good customer service. As an international traveler, I found this experience particularly frustrating. Overall, the amenities and food were enjoyable, but the basic rooms, unexpected charges, and disappointing customer service left a negative impression. I would strongly recommend confirming every detail of your reservation and any additional fees in writing before arriving.
