Reception, lobby and bar is very impressive. Rooms were a bit dirty. Bed was as hard as a rock and pillows were too. Towels were lovely, soft and big.

Nice hotel in the heart of the city, very convenient to get everywhere on foot. Staff were a little reluctant in assistance, both for booking activities and for follow up on expected upgrades. We were supposed to have a free bottle of bubbly in our room when we arrived and wasn’t there, had to ask about it and then provide a copy of our booking that showed it. That should all be in their system and be taken care of before guests arrive.
