Great staff at check in and the breakfast room. Fantastic location, right on a canal, short walk to museums and bus stops. The breakfast buffet had many wonderful options, definitely worth it both for the convenience and value. Tons of restaurants close by. Hotel was extremely quiet at night. Would definitely stay again.

Had 4 nights in beautiful clean twin room. Staff were very helpful. Didn't eat there so can't comment on the food. Would highly recommend and would return.

Great location! Amazing room!

The location is fantastic. The staff is very friendly and very welcoming. The rooms are spacious and we had room 502 which had a nice balcony overlooking the city and an expensive footprint which left room for a couch and chairs as well as a queen size bed and desk. The negatives here unfortunately include a TV that didn't work, ants in the bathroom and on the desk and a bathroom that smelled like sewer. Other than that it was great.

The cups smelled terrible . It was so bad that I could t eat there though there was a sufficient amount of choice. I lost my appetite after cleaning numerous amo

The stay was overall lovely. Beautiful location. The staff were very kind and helpful. I only had a few issues. The hot tub was not hot at all and a bit dirty. I did love the pool Room service came around 9 a.m. to ask if I was ready to leave (check out is at 11), which made me feel rushed. The hotel is closer to the train station than Google Maps says. Go out the front of the station and stay on the same side (do not cross the bridge). It should only be a 6 ish minute walk once you see a pancake restaurant. The wine selection was wonderful.

I don’t write reviews…But for the Waldorf Astoria in Amsterdam I will. They were perfect. Honestly. In the business and did not want to leave. The service was spot on. I’d go back in a heartbeat!

Quiet, peaceful, relaxing. The Wellness provides the perfect Dutch spa experience.

Comfortable room. Good meal in the bar. Convenient airport shuttle( included). Would definitely recommend for a pre/post flight stay.
