The room was cleam. The staff was courteous for the most part but they seemed reserve preferential treatment for certain groups of people. I did not feel I was treated as equally as other guests. I felt I had to make certain requests and sometimes several times to get services that I observed others gettingg without making requests. The staff needs additonal training on bias and unintended prejudice (assuming it was unintended)

If you are looking for a corporate stake looking hotel, this is not it. This hotel transports you to what appears to be a real Hollywood Moroccan set. The hotel is beautifully decorated and transports you in time. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind. The rooms were clean and comfortable and provided a much needed rest. The restaurant has a beautiful view and the pool is spectacular.

We had an amazing stay at Al Fassia Aguedal last weekend! The hotel is beautiful, but what truly made our experience unforgettable was the incredible staff. They were incredibly attentive, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Thank you to the entire team for such a wonderful experience—we cannot wait to return!
