Isla Caja de Muertos Adults Only Vacations

My Family and I stayed here for 4 days and 3 nights I all I can say it felt like home, the staff was attentive and super cordial, I will definitely be coming back and staying here on my next trip to Puerto Rico! a big shout out to Marco! He was super attentive with our stay and helpful when we need help finding some place to eat or even a recommendation to explore around the island!! Thank you sooo much!!! Looking forward to see you again on my next trip to the Island!

Great facility, will definitely stay again

I like how the hotel is set up its is very romantic and couples friendly. The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. My one complaint is that the bell boys did not do their job at all, I can count on my hand the number of times the door was opened for me and my wife with 4 guys standing outside on their phones. I was a vip customer but did not recieve that treatment at all times.

Great place, great location 100% recommended

We booked two nights before the cruise and, hoping for a five star experience, selected an ocean view room. However, the room was a big disappointment. It was on the second floor overlooking the roof and pipes with the ocean visible only from the furthest side of the window. We thought it was an honest mistake and tried talking to the front desk but they said it is an ocean view, not ocean front, so that’s what we get. Outside of the disappointment with our room, the staff at this hotel are very nice and friendly. The food was expensive and hit and miss. At the Mexican restaurant, we waited for over an hour to get our food. The hotel itself has great facilities and very nice hot tubs and swimming places but we had to pay extra fees at check in for facility usage that apparently was not included when we booked the room through Expedia. Experience versus value, I do not believe we got our money’s worth.
