Very clean and excellent

Hotel with a lot of character. Very pleasant experience. Close to sites and city has great tram system. Taxis horribly expensive which has nothing to do with hotel. Due to rain did not get to use terrace which looked enticing. Excellent. a/c. Comfortable room.

The property was in a great location and the rooms were spacious. Breakfast was average nothing special and I found that it was misleading that a spa service was included as it was basically access to a sauna and hot tub. Also the included dinner although good it was very restrictive and did not include all the meals off the menu which was also misleading.

Location is very central for Zagreb to see the main sights. However it is located within pedestrian only streets, so drop off is not at hotel entrance. Fortunately our arranged driver knew where to drop us nearby 100m with hotel sign in view and I managed to get the hotel porter to help us with our large bags. Many nice restaurants around area. The staff at reception were helpful and friendly and checking in was efficiently done. The room we had was large, clean but furniture looks dated. Breakfast was quite average.
