Room was beautiful and very clean. The water park was nice along with the restaurant. The place is just so big so it’s easy to get lost

Common spaces like the lobby and the pool were excellent, but those are the only good things to say about this property. Our room (104) was dark and had no privacy. There are no chests of drawers to put away clothes (they put bar glasses in them), the fixtures in the bathroom are loose and rusty and covered with water spots. There were stains on the carpet, which felt dirty, and a crack in the bathroom ceiling. The safe was too small for a standard laptop so good luck with that. There was no real hospitality to speak of as most of the time the people at the front desk do not even look up from their phones or desks to greet you when you walk by. We felt like this was a massive waste of money. On top of it all, they charged me $197 after I had left and when I called to ask what for they never answer or return messages. Never again.

Great location, clean, beautiful pool , hot tub.

First off the Staff were some of the most friendly and helpful I have ever encountered in a hotel/motel. They actually could not have been more friendly and helpful. The room was quite clean but the bathroom was a little old.. like a little rusty around the sink and shower handles. That being said I would absolutely stay there any time. The Continental breakfast was also one of the best I have ever seen. Tons of options for cold breakfast items and coffee. Coffee was actually alright. Most continental coffees is almost undrinkable this was not bad actually just a little on the weak side. For the price I would give this place 4.5 stars but the staff get 7 out of 5. They were great!
