First experience at the hotel. Very clean and great breakfast in an atmospheric hall.

Really great location close to everything we wanted to see. The staff were friendly and helpful with some recommendations about places to eat. Breakfast was lovely and had plenty of options.

Rooms are very small, ery little space beyond the bed and two single mattresses are not comfortable. The rain shower was unusable due to poor design. It was impossible not to splash water everywhere. Had to use the sprayer. Had to open windows to cool the room and it was noisy. In a good location but it needs a major makeover. Breakfast was ok but the coffee machine made weak lukewarm beverages regardless of which option was chosen.

We had a nice stay but on the site it said bikes could be hired. We asked but the hotel didn’t have any which meant we had to rely on expensive taxis and the bus. Only on the last day did we realise Birkerod station had bolt bikes which would have been great to get about on as we decided not to hire a car .

We had a great visit. Staff was extremely nice. Love that we could have our pet.

Beautiful hotel, clean spacious rooms and lovely bar/dining areas within. Staff were exceptional, went above and beyond and made us feel valued customers. The extras and the little things went a long way.

We only had about 24 hours in Malmo. The hotel was a relatively short walk from the Central Train Station and close to many interesting historic sights. Compared to our previous Hotel in Stockholm the room itself was HUGE. The staff we met were very friendly and helpful. We do not normally eat large breakfasts so we forgo the cost of the one at the hotel.

Location was great, the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was excellent.

What a wonderful couple of days we had here. Hypernym feels like quite an exclusive area of an already impressive hotel. The private entrance was a very sweet touch and a nice surprise. But the room, the room, oh wow, we absolutely loved it. The layout is super smart, it had full kitchen facilities, separate bedroom and a lush bathroom. It felt like a home away from home, to the point that I wish we had a few more days to enjoy it. We will absolutely, 100%, stay here any time we are in Copenhagen in future. Everything was just perfect. Amazing staff too, really friendly and helpful. Love it.
